Terms of Service
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Experience Atelier website ("the Site") and any services provided by Experience Atelier ("we", "our", or "us"). By using this Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Experience Atelier is a London-based consultancy specialising in brand strategy, strategic partnerships, client experience and luxury sourcing. We work with brands to create meaningful experiences, develop strategic partnerships and source exceptional products and opportunities.
2. Use of the Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
Reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Site—including text, branding, photography, graphics, case studies and other materials—is owned by Experience Atelier or used with permission.
You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
4. Our Services
Each engagement is unique.
Before work begins, we will agree the scope of work, deliverables, timeline and payment terms in writing through a proposal, quotation, statement of work or invoice.
Quoted fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
5. Project Commencement
A project is considered to have commenced once both parties have agreed the scope of work and any applicable initial payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed in writing before each project commences.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due in accordance with the invoice issued for that project.
Late payment may result in delays to the delivery of services.
7. Project Files
Following project completion, we may retain project files for a reasonable period.
Clients are responsible for securely storing all final deliverables once they have been supplied.
8. Changes to Scope
Projects naturally evolve.
Where the agreed scope changes, additional work may require revised timelines, additional fees or a separate agreement.
Approval of completed stages constitutes acceptance of that work.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide the information, feedback and approvals reasonably required to allow the project to progress.
Where a project becomes inactive for an extended period due to a lack of client communication, we reserve the right to pause or close the engagement following reasonable notice.
10. Third Parties
Where appropriate, Experience Atelier may engage trusted specialist partners, freelancers or suppliers to assist in delivering a project.
We remain responsible for the overall delivery of the agreed services.
Where we introduce or recommend third-party suppliers, any separate agreement between you and those suppliers remains your responsibility.
11. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it except:
Where necessary to deliver our services.
Where required by law.
With your prior written permission.
Likewise, confidential information shared by Experience Atelier—including methodologies, supplier relationships and commercial information—should not be disclosed without our written consent.
12. Portfolio
Unless confidentiality obligations or a separate written agreement prevent us from doing so, we may showcase completed projects within our portfolio, website or marketing materials.
Where appropriate, we are happy to discuss suitable timings for publication.
13. Cancellation
Either party may cancel an engagement by providing written notice.
Where work has already commenced, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Any project-specific payment terms agreed before work begins will continue to apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
14. Limitation of Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and professional judgement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Experience Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Governing Law
